Choose the type of meeting, the day and the time, and send your request. The slot you choose is held for you; the appointment is confirmed when we send you a confirmation e-mail.
Request received
We have sent you an e-mail confirming receipt of your request. Once it is confirmed, you will receive a second e-mail with a file you can add to your calendar.

How can I book a meeting?
Use the “Book an appointment” section on this page to choose the type of meeting and an available day and time. You can also reach us by phone, e-mail or the form under “Send a message”. A short description of your matter helps us prepare for the meeting.
When is my appointment confirmed?
When you submit your request, the time you selected is held for you and you receive an acknowledgement by e-mail. Once we have reviewed the request, we send a confirmation e-mail; the appointment is confirmed by that e-mail.
Why do you ask for the name of the other party?
Under the professional rules for attorneys, before meeting someone we must check that we do not represent the opposing party in the same dispute. This information is used only for that conflict check.
Can we meet online?
Yes. We hold video meetings with clients who are outside Istanbul or outside Türkiye. Select “Online (video)” when booking; the meeting link is included in the confirmation e-mail, together with a calendar file you can add to your calendar.
How can I cancel my appointment?
Use the cancellation link in the e-mails we send you. The slot you cancel becomes available again and we are notified.
What documents should I bring?
Bring the documents you have on the matter, such as contracts, notifications, decisions, title deed records, correspondence and your identity document. If documents in a foreign language have not been translated, you may bring the originals.
In which languages do you work?
We work in Turkish and English.
How are attorney fees determined?
Fees are agreed in a written engagement agreement that takes into account the nature and scope of the work and the effort it requires. The scope and fee of a first meeting are also communicated during the confirmation process, depending on your request. Under Turkish law, fees may not be lower than the amounts set in the Minimum Attorney Fee Tariff published each year by the Union of Turkish Bar Associations.
How is the information I submit through the forms used?
Information you share through the appointment and message forms is used only to respond to your request, to schedule the appointment and to carry out the conflict check.
